he Education Advisory Board provides best practice research and practical advice to academic, business, and student affairs leaders at the nation's leading universities. With teams of consultants and analysts dedicated to uncovering the best ideas from across higher education, our members benefit from the learning of thousands of universities nationwide, with findings tailored to their particular area of concern.
We provide advisory services to university business officers and the broader finance and administration departments including finance, human resources, facilities, information technology, among others. Areas of expertise include cost reduction, revenue enhancement, metric selection and dashboarding.

We support provosts and the institutional leadership team on issues central to the academic and research mission. Areas of expertise include improving student access, retention and outcomes as well as strategies for maintaining research and teaching excellence in the current funding environment.

We support student affairs executives and their teams across the myriad activities and services that shape the student experience on campus. Areas of expertise include student mental health, supporting veterans on campus and maintaining the student experience in difficult times.

We provide research and advisory services for community college
presidents and the entire executive leadership team. Areas of expertise include student success, online
education, space utilization, cost
reduction, revenue enhancement and dashboarding.

We work with colleges and universities to identify cost savings opportunities through data-driven management of outside spend. We assist members with the visualization of their total spend and provide pricing comparisons, as well as training and analytical support to help members realize identified savings.

Using a data-focused approach, the collaborative works with VP’s of Human Resources and Finance to control rising health benefits costs and improve overall employee health. Support includes opportunity analyses, crafting plan design policies, and providing education and outreach to plan members.
